Team Offsite

Team building comes secondary as we explore our place within the natural world. Alexandra is your team guide to the magical realm of plant medicine as you get to know yourselves, each other, and the environment outside your doorstep in a wildly new way.

The natural environment of Silicon Valley and the surrounding Central Coast abounds with inspiration and rejuvenation for those who wander its trails. Whether you and your team seek to get to know the plants growing in your neighborhood regional park or you all yearn to learn to make wild herbal medicine, Alexandra will tailor the experience to the needs and dreams of your team. The plants discussed on the walk are commonly growing wild and in gardens all around the Bay Area, so students will become familiar with plants they likely see on a daily or weekly basis. Consequently, your team will feel more at ease and at home in their surroundings, and more connected with their teammates who shared this experience with them.

For those yearning for a taste of the wild, the walk will conclude with a raw-ice cream social, where students will get to taste test a handful of wild botanical-infused ice creams made by Alexandra with the plants that are learned about on the walk. Both dairy and non-dairy options are available.
